Tiara Brumberg was drawn to the Women’s Business & Leadership Council by its commitment to connection, collaboration, and meaningful community impact. Working closely with adults, parents, and families navigating ADHD and executive functioning challenges, she brings a perspective rooted in inclusion, education, and belonging. Tiara is inspired by WBLC’s belief that success is not a competition, but a shared journey. She values leadership grounded in well-being and authenticity. Outside of work, she enjoys time outdoors with family and dogs, hiking, traveling, and reading.
