Christy Wilson was drawn to the Women’s Business & Leadership Council for its intentional focus on growth, connection, and mentorship among women leaders. She is inspired by WBLC’s mission to support women at every stage of their professional journey and values creating meaningful relationships rooted in trust. Christy believes effective leadership begins with personal responsibility, consistency, and integrity. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, early morning yoga, long walks, beekeeping, travel, and being outdoors whenever possible to stay grounded and present.
