Becky White is passionate about encouraging and mentoring women in the workplace, a commitment that shapes both her career and community involvement. She is inspired by the Women’s Business & Leadership Council’s mission to help women connect and succeed within Hoover’s business ecosystem. Becky’s leadership philosophy centers on developing others and multiplying their growth and effectiveness. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, making art, and traveling—especially when an art museum is part of the itinerary.
