Ann Hollingsworth was inspired to join the Women’s Business & Leadership Council by her belief that when women have access to strong support, resources, and community, they can lead boldly and grow both professionally and personally. She is energized by WBLC’s commitment to action—equipping women with practical tools, mentorship, and opportunities that create real progress. Ann’s leadership philosophy was shaped early through leadership training, where she learned that true leadership is about serving others. Outside of work, she enjoys reading her Bible and researching topics that deepen her faith and understanding.
