Monica Cowing was inspired to join the Women’s Business & Leadership Council by the many strong, supportive women who have shaped her life personally and professionally. She is energized by WBLC’s mission of women supporting women—creating a community where successes are celebrated and challenges are navigated together. Monica’s leadership is guided by kindness, adaptability, and deep listening, believing these qualities build trust and strengthen teams.
